🚚 Shipping Policy

We require the full and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided in the online order, no exceptions.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within Canada, however large furniture pieces and oversized items are excluded from this offer. These items cannot be shipped through standard courier services and require local pickup or delivery arrangements.

For local deliveries, arrangements must be confirmed in advance. If no one is available at the agreed time, the delivery fee will not be refunded.

All shipments include $100 of insurance coverage by default. If you would like additional insurance, it must be requested in advance and will incur an extra charge.

📦 Important: Glass and ceramic items (vases, mugs, cups, etc.) are not insurable by any carrier. That said, we have over 30 years of packaging experience, so rest assured your fragile items will be double boxed, packed like royalty, and arrive in one piece.

We ship using ICS Courier, GLS, Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS, depending on location, item size, and service availability.

International shipping is available, but you will need to contact us before placing an order to obtain a shipping quote and confirm eligibility.

❌ Due to current political conditions (ie Trump), we are not shipping to the United States until further notice. Sad.

Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment. We ship daily, Monday to Friday, from Cardinal, Ontario.

We are a small Canadian business, not Amazon. But we move fast, pack with care, and keep you updated every step of the way.
