Selling a full lot of approximately 375 sq ft of 3 1/8" wide tongue-and-groove pine flooring, sourced directly from a mill in Quebec. This size, thickness, and length combo is extremely hard to find locally, especially in this condition. Boards are 13–14 feet long and ¾" thick, not the thin or stubby stuff from box stores. Total of 120 pieces, with some shorter cuts mixed in, but the coverage is real. I’ve done the math and rounded down for the buyer’s sake. You’ll likely end up with more than 375 sq ft once it’s installed.
