Single antique British fish knife in EP A1 silver plate.
Marked EP A1, indicating high-grade electroplated silver, a standard used by British cutlery makers in the early to mid-20th century. Additional stamped numbers are typical pattern or production marks, not sterling hallmarks. Fish knives feature a broad, blunt blade designed for serving and separating fish rather than cutting. Silver plate was traditionally used to prevent reaction with fish acids.
Measures approximately 8¾ inches in length (see photos). Condition shows normal surface wear consistent with age and use. No bends or structural issues noted.
