Vintage 9-inch square dessert or side plate by H & K Tunstall, made in England. Earthenware plate with a scalloped square form, detailed gold stipple lace-style ground, hand-applied floral decoration, and gilt edge. Plate is in great condition overall. No cracks or repairs. Some light age-related wear to the gilt, consistent with use and age, but the decoration remains vibrant and intact. Backstamp reads “Made in England – H & K – Tunstall – B”, dating this piece to approximately the 1930s–1950s. This plate matches the H & K Tunstall teapot previously shown and is from the same production period.
