This soapstone owl sculpture was hand carved in Canada in 1995. It stands approximately 8 inches tall and is made from dense soapstone with natural brown and green marbling. The base is signed and dated May 1995. The first name appears to be Frank, but the last name is not fully legible. The piece weighs approximately 6.9 kg and has a smooth polished finish.
