Unusual studio stoneware sculptural vase in the form of a shoe or foot. Hand-built with an organic shape and matte, unglazed exterior surface. Interior is dark fired stoneware. Signed on the side by the artist, signature appears to read “W. Worley” (artist attribution unconfirmed). Likely late 20th century studio art pottery. Measures approximately 7 inches wide. Felt pads have been added to the base to protect surfaces. Condition is very good with no cracks or repairs noted. A unique decorative art pottery piece.
