Old-school chef’s knife with a 10 inch stainless steel blade and a solid triple-rivet black handle. No maker’s mark but clearly built to last. Shows signs of heavy use, but the blade is clean and the edge still has life. Great as a backup prep knife, a restoration project, or just to slice things the modern cheap knives can't.
