Vintage British toast rack made by A.C. Ballthorp of Grimsby, marked EPNS with pattern number 12788.
This is a traditional silver-plated toast rack designed to hold slices upright, allowing steam to escape and keep toast crisp. Features individual dividers, shaped ends with engraved floral detail, and four bun feet.
Measures approximately 9 inches wide (see photos for measurement). Condition is good overall. Shows surface wear, spotting, and plate patina consistent with age and use. Structurally solid with no broken supports.
A classic British breakfast table piece, suitable for use or display.
