Vintage solid copper cachepot / jardinière with twin brass side handles. This is a decorative planter, traditionally used for houseplants, herbs, or as a decorative copper accent piece.
Measures approximately 7 inches wide by 5 inches high (see photos for scale). Rounded body with rolled rim and riveted brass handles. Interior shows age-consistent wear and patina. Exterior copper has attractive natural colour variation, surface marks, and oxidation consistent with age. Includes a removable plastic liner, allowing it to be used safely for plants without damaging the copper.
