Vintage Medicine Hat Pottery stoneware lidded pot, Medalta era Canadian production. Heavy, utilitarian stoneware with classic brown glaze over a lighter clay body. Features two loop handles and a fitted lid. Marked on the base with factory stamp and original production markings. Measures approximately 7 inches wide (not including handles) and 6 inches tall. Condition is very good overall. No cracks or repairs. Light age-appropriate surface wear consistent with vintage Canadian stoneware. A solid example of mid-20th century Prairie pottery, ideal for collectors of Medalta, Medicine Hat, or Canadian stoneware.
