Needs new laces and new soles. Leather, wheels and frames are in excellent condition. Besides the frayed laces and loose soles, they're in excellent shape. Size 37 is shown on the inside of the sole, then it's stamped "Seiko 9" on the bottom frame. Not sure if it says Seiko 9 or Seiko 9". Based on measurements, these are approximately a ladies, size 7. They're quite small and narrow.
